People’s experience

Peoples feedback was positive about the quality of their care and treatment. The 2025 National GP Patient Survey results showed people were satisfied with services provided and survey responses were above the local and national averages for all areas of care, treatment and access. For example, 93% of patients stated their needs were met and 82% stated they had a very or fairly good overall experience. In addition, CQC received positive comments about the practice. We spoke with the participation group (PPG) who represented the views of people using the practice, who told us anything raised by the group was followed up by the staff.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
