People’s experience
Prior to our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We received feedback from 23 patients. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included, “Courteous friendly service with modern equipment. Felt relaxed and kept up to date with the treatment.” “From the moment I arrived at reception I was treated with empathy. The dentist clearly explained the treatment I required, answering all my questions and providing me with confidence that the treatment would be carried out with care. The treatment plan that was put in place was clearly explained to me. My whole experience has been very positive." “I have always had a good experience both with dentist and hygienist. Everything is explained in detail before any treatment which puts me at ease. I can highly recommend this practice.” “The receptionists are very friendly, polite and professional in their dealings. They take time to explain the dental plan and the invoices and often call you after the treatment to make sure you are OK.” “I would always recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.” Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. Patients said when they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given. Patients told us that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
