People’s experience
We reviewed the National GP Patient Survey published in July 2024. The results for the questions were all above local and national averages. The practice received acknowledgment from NHS England for performing among the best in the country. The results in this report will refer to the 2024 results as the assessment was conducted before the 2025 results published, for which the practice remained above local and national averages. We reviewed the practice’s NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) and the results were mainly positive. There was an active patient participation group (PPG) that represented the views of people using the practice. We spoke with representatives from the PPG, who described how managers made positive changes via their feedback, such as improvements with access. We asked the practice to invite patients to share their experience of the practice via the Give Feedback on Care form on the Care Quality Commission’s website. The overall feedback from patients and staff gathered from the inspection was positive.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
