The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Where negative feedback had been provided to the practice, we saw these had been reviewed by the practice management team; appropriate actions taken to ensure people received care and treatment to meet their needs; staff had received updated training and policies/procedures had been amended to reflect lessons learned.
Recent survey results, including from the National GP Patient Survey the NHS Friends and Family Test and the practices own survey, showed people were satisfied with services.
There was an active patient participation group (PPG) who represented the views of people using the service.
