The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.

People’s experience

People spoke positively about the quality of the care and treatment they received. The practice actively sought feedback from people and used this information to identify opportunities for improvement and make changes where appropriate. Recent survey findings, including the National GP Patient Survey and the NHS Friends and Family Test, indicated that people were satisfied with the services provided. Although the practice's National GP Patient Survey results for the indicators included in this report were lower than the national average, they were higher than local averages. The practice advised that its transient patient population had an impact on these results. Prior to this assessment, CQC did not receive any direct feedback about the service through the Give Feedback on Care process.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
