People’s experience
We reviewed feedback from patients received by the practice via online portals which included feedback for both locations, and these were overwhelmingly positive. Patients commented on the friendly and helpful nature of staff and of the high-quality care they had received. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.
