People’s experience
The GP Patient Survey is an independent national survey that tells us how people feel about their GP practice. The findings of the 2025 survey showed people felt involved in decisions about their care and treatment. However, fewer people were positive about their experiences of accessing and using the service than the local and national averages. Feedback from people who used the service was mixed. Some people described feeling involved in their care and treatment, that staff listened to them, understood their concerns and clearly explained things to them. However, others said they felt staff did not listen to them and lacked empathy. Some people described staff to be polite, kind and patient, whereas others said they felt some staff could be rude and unhelpful. The practice worked with their Patient Participation Group (PPG).

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
