People’s experience
Two weeks before our onsite assessment, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We received feedback from 11 patients. On the day of our assessment, we spoke with and saw patient feedback from a further 4 patients. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included, ‘The service is exceptional from arrival and greeting at the practice reception,’ and ‘Just the most brilliant dentist I've had in my life in every way. Attention to detail, expert skill, sensitive to an extreme’. Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. One patient said, ‘They always make sure I get an appointment at the time I prefer.’ Another patient told us that the practice was proactive and flexible, with good reminder and follow up systems in place to remind them about their next appointments.
Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. One patient told us, ‘They explain everything to you clearly at the end, so you understand if there are any problems.’
Patients told us that when they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given.
Patients told us that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources.
The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
